We have our own architect, buy all our own building materials, control the quality and timing of construction, have contracted independent quantity surveyor, who periodically controls the on-going works and at the end issues full report which you will receive. You then get the 10 year construction guarantee that is mandatory in Spain.

We have a good selection of detached houses (villas) for sale standing in their own grounds. If it's sea views that you are after, remember that land values are very high, and therefore you will be paying a lot for the privacy afforded by a detached house. Away from the immediate coast, the price premium for this kind of property will be much smaller.
